Another Printer Ink Merchant

I’ve not had great results lately with merchants who sell remanufactured or refilled ink cartridges. I have new hopes in IowaInk.com.
I am going to give them a try by ordering an HP 78 which is the color inkjet cartridge. There price looks to be right at $16 for their 38ml version. I always want to
